RAINBOW SERIES, Manila Bay, 3/26/2014 around 7:25 am just after a light rain.

According to the myth of the rainbow, it is said there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. In this instance, this rainbow terminates at the South Pier of Manila’s Container port, a place regarded by the Customs Bureau as a pot of gold for the smugglers.

This second image captures an amazing but fleeting display of nature’s fireworks at the other end of the rainbow in the top photo. Images were made with an iPhone 4S during my morning walk, and include some minor cropping to improve their compositions.
